qCustom™ miRNA ArrayPlate
The qCustom miRNA ArrayPlate can measure virtually any combination of short RNAs and standard mRNAs from any organism or sample type. The ArrayPlate can measure up to 47 different targets (miRNAs or mRNA) in a 96 well format, or up to 9 genes per well in a 384 well format, making it a useful platform for both gene signature profiling and high throughput screening applications.
For researchers whose projects involve human, rat, or mouse samples and standard miRNA sequences, the qSelect miRNA Archive may provide a faster and easier method for constructing your assay.
qCustom miRNA ArrayPlate Features:
