qNPA™ miRNA Microarrays
HTG’s qNPA miRNA Microarrays apply the simplicity and accuracy of qNPA technology to microarray studies. This novel microarray platform allows miRNA sequences in human, rat, and mouse (based upon the miRBase database) to be studied in one well, providing the easy-to-use, broad-view discovery tool needed to begin miRNA studies. The qNPA microarrays are ideal to formulate smaller miRNA signatures for subsequent routine testing on the ArrayPlate
Using HTG’s qNPA miRNA Microarrays is easy; simply lyse your sample in our Lysis Buffer, and send the sample to our service facility. Our service group will process your samples and return normalized data for your in-depth analysis.
qNPA miRNA Microarray Features:
• Measure all known human, rat and mouse miRNAs in a single sample well
• No RNA extraction: only a simple lysis step is required for sample preparation.
• No labeling: No complex and variable molecular manipulations.
• Measure mRNA and miRNA on the same microarray: Normalize results to the mRNA housekeeping controls on the array.
