qSelect™ miRNA Archive
HTG has pre-validated all known human, rat, and mouse miRNAs present in the miRBase data base for streamlined project design and implementation on the qNPA ArrayPlate. Simply select the miRNAs that your ArrayPlate design should measure, and HTG will QC and assemble the ArrayPlate design without the custom design fee.
Currently, the miRNA qSelect Archives do not cover other non-model organisms or types of small RNA’s. HTG can build miRNA ArrayPlates for measuring these types of targets, please refer to our qCustom miRNA ArrayPlate for these sample types.
qSelect miRNA Archive Features:
• All known miRNA sequences from the human, rat, and mouse transcriptome – qSelect is regularly updated to match the content of the Sanger Institute’s miRBase database.
• Measure mRNA in the same sample well – Numerous housekeeping genes are included in the qSelect miRNA Archive for each organism.
• Pre-identified cross-reactivity – While the experimental conditions minimize cross-reactivity, each probe in the Archive has been pre-screened for cross reactivity against the other know miRNAs. Cross-reactive members are identified so the researcher can adjust their data analysis procedure or pick other miRNAs to measure.
