qNPA™ Technology: A Different Way to do Gene Expression. 

High Throughput Genomics is focused on building gene expression products and technologies around our patented quantitative nuclease protection assay (qNPA™) platform. qNPA’s robust and simple protocol allows researchers to look at the gene expression levels in hundreds or thousands of samples without the cost or labor associated with other gene expression platforms.

Our standard qNPA ArrayPlate is able to analyze the gene expression levels in as many as 47 multiplexed genes in 96 well format or 9 genes in 384 well. Unlike other gene expression platforms, the qNPA ArrayPlate requires no RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, RNA amplification, or RNA labeling to be performed.

Our recently introduced qNPA Microarray platform allows researchers to plex several thousand genes in a single sample well, while maintaining the simple and reliable sample preparation provided by qNPA Technology. No more tedious and artifact-prone RNA extraction, labeling or amplification; qNPA Technology makes microarrays easy.
