The qNPA technology is a fast, simple and cost effective high-throughput gene expression analysis platform. The combination of a lysis-only, no amplification protocol and up to 47 gene multiplexing per well provides a unique analysis solution for multi-parameter assessment of any sample type.

• No RNA Extraction

  Test samples from cultured cell lines, tissue fragments, archived FFPE specimens, plants or bacteria can be tested without RNA purification.

• No RNA Amplification or Labeling

  Avoid the time-consuming RNA amplification and biotin labeling steps that add cost and sample variation.

• 47 Gene Multiplexing

  Simultaneously measure up to 47 genes in the same well on a 96-well plate.

• Throughput

  Test one or hundreds of samples per day using standard laboratory automation.
