qNPA™ ArrayPlate Data Acquisition
Chemiluminescence data are collected from the plate using one of HTG’s imagers. Numeric results are extracted from the individual hybridization spots and normalized to housekeeping genes. The data generated by the qNPA™ ArrayPlate are precise and linear over a wide range of sample inputs.

The output from HTG’s chemiluminescence imagers is derived from TIFF format files. Data are extracted and collected using automated software similar to that used in microarray analysis. The data collection software produces tabular results and normalizes the data to user-designated housekeeping genes. Results can be exported into Microsoft® Excel® for further analysis.

The ArrayPlate platform is extremely sensitive and provides linear data over a wide range of sample inputs. Reliable, repeatable data can be obtained from samples as small as 500 cells. Well-to-well CVs average 10% from separately treated and lysed biological replicates.
